Find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or maybe even lie down on your bed or on your sofa.

Now tense up all of your muscles, hold it for a few seconds and then let go,

allowing your arms and legs to go nice and limp.

Now breathe in deeply, really filling up your lungs with air.

Now breathe out slowly and gently, releasing all the air from your lungs.

Breathe in again, slowly and deeply, hold your breath for just a moment and now breathe out,

draw a deep breath in and breathe out, in and out,

and every time you breathe in again you become more and more relaxed and your body becomes more loose and more soft.

Now imagine you're walking on the most glorious sandy beach and it's very soft and very white.

You can hear the gentle sound of the waves as they roll on the sandy beach, you can even smell the ocean spray, that lovely smell you can only find at a beach.

The ocean is a brilliant deep blue color and the sound of the ocean waves is so much louder now.

You take off your shoes and your socks and walk through the hot white sand towards the water and you can feel that sand beneath your feet,

you can feel it between your toes.

The beach is wide and very long and it stretches for miles ahead.

You go over and you step into the water and it covers your ankles and it feels so cool and fresh on your skin.

There are large rocks and what seems to look like a cave further along the beach is it itself that maybe you'll explore it later.

But for now you just keep paddling along.

When you notice something in the ocean, near those rocks, you spot the head of a seal bobbing up and down and it seems to be very near the cave you just noticed.

You decide to go over and take a look and what you see is a tiny white seal.

But it looks like it may be struggling and you wonder what's wrong.

A tiny white seal looks like it's caught in something.

So you call out to the little seal and you ask if it's okay and too huge frightenize focus on you on a tiny little voice shout "Please help me!" You rush over and you see that the little seal is caught on an old fishing line and it's tangled around its flippers so you go straight over and help that little seal break free.

The little seal gives you a great big grin and thanks you very much for your help and he tells you his name.

His name is Harb and Harb is a very tiny white seal.

He's so tiny that he could fit into the palm of your hand and he has the biggest blue eyes you have ever seen.

They are so bright and so kind.

Harb tells you that he loves going on adventures.

He loves going to swim lessons and on boat rides with his family.

He says he loves exploring places he's never been before.

But sometimes it gets him into trouble.

You see his parents worry about him very much when he doesn't tell them where he's going or even who he is with because they always go places together as a family.

They never go anywhere without each other.

But sometimes Harb gets so excited about where he wants to go he forgets to tell them and he just swims off.

Harb is the baby of his family so he really shouldn't be going anywhere on his own just yet.

Just then you hear voices calling and it sounds like they're coming from the cave you want to explore.

So you and Harb swim over and take a look.

Harb recognizes the voices.

It's his family.

00:05:51

It's his mom, his dad and his auntie and they have been looking everywhere for Harb.

They swim over to your boat with big smiles on their faces.

They are so relieved for a found Harb and then he's okay.

They've been worried sick looking for him and they all chatter all at once.

You can't really understand what they say and they're all talking together but they're happy.

Harb introduces you to his family.

The biggest seal comes up to you and Harb says, "This is my dad, Blobby."

Blobby is the biggest house of the family.

He is a beautiful grey colour with majestic black eyes.

And Blobby is super chunky seal and very round.

Next, Harb introduces you to his mom.

Her name is Sweetie and she is smaller than Blobby.

She is a very beautiful white seal with lovely soft fluffy fur and she has the sweetest black eyes and Harb looks very like his mom.

Finally, Harb introduces you to his aunt and her name is Spot.

And Spot is a spotted grey seal with kind and very wise yellow eyes and she's the longest house of all of them.

Spot is Blobby's sister.

Harb tells them how you rescued him and how you untangled him from the net and they can't thank you enough.

They are so happy and as a reward they invite you to tear their house.

Blobby Harb's dad says, "Get on my back, it will be much quicker."

You climb up on Blobby's back.

It's so comfortable and so soft but you hang on tight because you know that seals can swim very fast.

Blobby says, "Okay, are we all ready to go then let's go?"

Within seconds you are going at a great speed, it's fantastic.

Water is splashing everywhere and you absolutely love it.

The five of you ride off to Harb's home.

You arrive at their home and you are amazed that it's actually a boat.

You saw that all seals lived under the ocean waves.

Well, this family live on an actual boat.

They live on a boat that bobs up and down in the sea.

This isn't just any old boat though.

This boat is shaped like a seal and it is huge.

It even has a flag flying high on the top of the mast with a picture of a seal on it too and it's very luxurious.

It's wonderful.

Sweetie Harb's mom goes into the kitchen saying that she's going to make a part of tea now for the adults but for you and Harb there's freshly squeezed orange juice.

So while you wait for Sweetie to make the tea, you have a little look around the room you are in.

There are family photos up everywhere.

There is a bookcase overcrowded with books of all kinds.

They obviously all like to read here.

You even see one of your own favorite stories on one of the shells.

There is a really big log fire burning.

There are big squishy, comfy chairs and even bigger squishier sofas.

There are lovely vases filled with flowers in all sorts of colours.

There is even a tropical fish tank full of brightly coloured fish.

And Harb says that they are his pets.

He loves fish.

They are his friends.

You feel so comfy and so warm here and you think you would be great if you could live on a boat like this.

Harb gives a great big yawn and then so do you.

Sweetie Harb's mum asks you if you would like a sleepover with Harb and you can stay in his room with him.

And you say oh yes please that would be lovely.

Bloody and spot say goodnight to both of you and sweetie takes you and Harb to his bedroom.

She talks you both in and then says goodnight.

Then she switches off the light.

It's then that an amazing thing happens.

There is a big round window in the ceiling of Harb's bedroom but you didn't notice when you went in.

And through this window you can see the moon high up in the sky and lots and lots of stars all gently shining down on your beds.

It's like you have your own private show of dancing lights.

It's so beautiful and you both watch the stars feeling so peaceful,

You begin to feel your eyes getting very heavy and a bit sleepy.

You can hear the gentle laughing of the waves as they move against the side of the boat and this makes you feel so safe.

You feel your eyes gently closed now as you take a deep breath in and let out a long,

You have made a very special friend today who has a very special family too.
